You can delete any finished report from its page, or your whole account from your account page. Both take effect at once and can’t be undone. Credits already spent aren’t returned.

Deleting one report

Open the report and choose Delete this report at the bottom, then confirm. We delete its screenshots and page copies, then the report, your fixes and every stored result.

We keep a short record that the report existed: when it ran, which kind it was, what it cost, and its overall exposure level and risk flags. If an organization paid for it, those flags feed its totals, which never identify you.

Deleting your account

Go to Account, find Delete your account, and choose Delete my account. We delete the screenshots and page copies for all your reports, then your account, contact details, past names, reports, stored results, the encryption key for your reports, and your sign-in sessions.

Deleting an individual account gives up any credits left in it.

What we keep

  • Credit records, as billing history. They don’t contain your details.
  • Your free check fingerprint, so a deleted account doesn’t get a second free check.
  • The invitation, if an organization invited you, with your name and email removed.
  • Backups at our database provider expire on that provider’s schedule.

How long things are kept if you don’t delete them

Screenshots and saved copies of pages are deleted 90 days after the report they support is delivered. Reports stay until you delete them, so a recheck can show what changed. The full list is in the privacy policy, under How long we keep it and Deleting a report or your account.

If you are the only administrator of an organization that has members, add another administrator first.
