You pay for the reports you run, with credits bought in advance. Credits don’t renew: buy more whenever you want a report. If a report fails, you get your credit back.
What a credit buys
- Free exposure check: Free
- Full report: 1 credit
- Recheck: 1 credit
Prices
One credit costs $49. Buying more lowers the price of every credit in the order:
- 1 to 4 credits: $49 each
- 5 to 24 credits: $42 each
- 25 to 99 credits: $38 each

How credits work
- One credit pays for one full report or one recheck.
- If a report fails, you get your credit back.
- Credits last two years from purchase. Buying credits never starts a subscription.
A credit is held while a report runs, shown as Reserved on your Billing page, and charged only when the report is delivered.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits already spent on a delivered report aren’t refundable, except where the law requires. See Credits and payment in the terms. To ask for a refund, email support@okoint.com from the address you sign in with.
Organizations
If your organization invited you, your report is already paid for and you don’t need credits. See Invited by your organization.
